Dear Gill, 

It was so fun to chat with you and Virginia yesterday at the market. I felt giddy and inspired for the rest of the day. A smidge was from drinking green tea (party, party) but mostly it was the afterglow of meeting you and the visual and tactile satisfaction from the scarves I bought. When I showed them to my husband, Mark, at the end of the day he thought them the most beautiful scarves he'd ever seen (especially mine, the grey one) and was excited by how excited I was. If we come another time to visit, maybe I'd be able to take a workshop with you.

Will you be at Paddington next Saturday? We realized we'd like to get another scarf for the woman who's been managing Mark's teaching tour. Her colors seem to be black and red. You had one that I didn't really look at because they weren't the colors of the friends I had on my mind.

I hope the rest of your day was profitable and fun. Virginia seems an excellent market neighbor. I expect to search out Kinokuniya this week while Mark's off writing--or we might go together since bookstores are such wonderful and dangerous places... 

Perhaps we'll bump into each other at the Black Star before we go back home. If not, enjoy a fairy confection for me. Thanks so much for the magical scarves and conversation. I feel very nourished and happy.

 Thanks for dropping off the scarves to Hazel last week - they are truly beautiful ...

Believe it or not one of my customers bought 2 of them last Saturday!  

They had only been in the shop for a few hours and she fell in love with them - bought one for herself and one for her sister...

So if you do get time to do a few more ( they were the greeny ones which sold) that would be great as I have no doubt that they will continue to sell through the coming months.

I just want to thank you so much for giving us such an enjoyable day last Sunday. Me and Fiona enjoyed so much for your class and had already ordered our first batch of wool this week. Our sleeves are all rolled up, ready for our second felting adventure.......so excited !!

 We appreciate so much for your passion, your enthusiasm and your generosity on sharing your felting knowledge to us.

For sure this first attempt has already started our eagerness to dig up more about felting.

No problem. Actually, I bought my first flower brooch at Paddo Markets a few weeks ago and have fallen in love with it. A couple of friends are having a very hard time at the moment, so I figured they could use a happy flower too.

Thank you so much so the fabulous workshop. Everyone loved it. I really apprieciated your energy. I hope we can work together again and that you would be interested in comming back to do a follow up in the future. it would be good if you did to charge more for your time, as you worked over your lunch break. The women could not get enough, and reminded me of people who had been starving for felting all their lives.
 
I loved the beatufiul wools and the amazing colours, the results were really suprising, I see what you mean by "you cant make mistakes". It all seems to work out fine.
